Susan and Sean, originally from North Carolina and Florida, chose to have a cliffside elopement in Howth. Sean has strong family ties to Ireland, and Susan desired a casual, barefoot ceremony, which she achieved, as seen in the photos. Howth Head was quickly decided upon as their ceremony location due to its beautiful scenery, including the Howth Cliff Walk along the cliffs of Northeast Dublin.

 

The couple stayed at the Clontarf Castle Hotel. Early in the morning, Susan was taken for hair and makeup around 11:00 AM, allowing Sean time to prepare. They then headed to the cliff to meet Tom Farrell of Spiritual Ceremonies, who officiated their wedding in Ireland on a clifftop location on a clear, beautiful day.
